Our Family
About Me
ANCIENT CHINESE BELIEF: When a child is born invisible red threads extend from the child's spirit and connect to all the significant people who will be part of the child's life. As the child grows, the threads shorten, drawing closer those people who are destined to be together.

So precious! Can't wait to see you in two weeks!
Hello. My name is Gayle. I wanted to let you know what a blessing it was to me to discover that you had included my poem to my precious Olivia on your web page. My brother-in-law was searching the web and found the reference to me on your page and many others.
The common red thread that joined our hearts to our daughters has apparently also joined our hearts to each other, as we remotely shared a similar amazing journey to bring our daughters to our respective homes.
I'm curious how the poem reached you.
Just thought I would take the opportunity to write and tell you that I pray for tremendous blessing for youand your family.
Blessings,
Gayle Leubecker
Hi Gail!
Your poem is beautiful! I have seen it on many blogs or websites of adoptive families. It is a real blessing to the adoptive community. When did you adopt Olivia? Do you have a blog page or website? Thanks for writing me, and thanks for sharing your beautiful poem!
Melanie
I'm just making it over here in WAY TOO LONG! Your kids are growing up too fast. I cannot believe how big Johanna is!! She is adorable (direct quote from Robert)! What a cutie!!!
Well, did you survive winter? Is it over yet? We still had ice on the cars this morning. CRAZY! Hope you are doing well!
